Smoothies are full of vitamins, refreshingly delicious, helpful and make just a few minutes in a blender.

To prepare delicious, healthy breakfast smoothies, use any fruit and berries which are at home. If you desire, you can add milk, juice or yogurt, kefir and useful supplements: flax seed, bran, oatmeal, soy protein, nuts, honey and even some vegetables.

Smoothies – fruit and berry smoothies, cooked in a blender, much healthier than juices and fresh, because they present dietary fiber that are necessary for the body.

One glass of healthy breakfast smoothies with nutritional supplements is a quick and healthy breakfast meal for the whole family. Morning breakfast smoothie usually made from several kinds of fruit or berries.

To make healthy breakfast smoothies more useful, try to add some nutritious. My favorite supplements are flax seed (containing omega-3 and Omega-6 and Omega-9, protein and dietary fiber). Oat bran (contains digestible and indigestible fiber, which helps clean the blood vessels and reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol). Hemp seed (other than vegetable protein, 20 amino acids (!), Omega 3, Omega-6, zinc, magnesium, potassium, etc.).

It is beneficial to add a little organic smoothie tofu. It contains protein, calcium, and vitamin E. Cottage cheese or a handful of oatmeal will make more nutritious smoothies. Put a spoonful of honey into a blender, throw a few nuts, sunflower or pumpkin, add a spoonful of dried fruit.

Healthy breakfast smoothie receipe:

1 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries etc.)

1/2 cup lowfat or nonfat plain yogurt

1/2 cup rice milk

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Small handful of ice (optional)

Healthy breakfast smoothie preparation:

1.Place berries, yougurt, rice, milk and honey, if desired, in blender.

2.Add small handful of ice, if desired.

3.Blend.
