500 gr. cottage cheese
200 gr. 20% Sour cream
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 full tablespoons of corn starch
a little bit of light cream (optional)
Beat eggs with sugar, add the starch and whisk again.
In this mass add sour cream, cheese and raisins and beat with a mixer.
Pour all the liquid in a baking dish and bake at 350F or 220 C for approximately 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve with jam.
