Healthy breakfast for kids
Ingridients:

1 tablespoon almound butter or natural peanut butter

1/2 banana,sliced

1 whole wheat tortilla

1 tablespoon lowfat or nonfat plain yogurt

Preparation:

Spread almond butter or natural peanut butter on whole wheat tortilla.

Add sliced banana and plain yogurt and roll up.

Enjoy!
